Welcome to The Woman's Exchange of St. Augustine on the World Wide Web. Founded in 1892, The Woman's Exchange of St. Augustine,, a non-profit organization, has a mission of "Women helping Women" by presenting their wares in our lovely gift shop. We also show and present the historic Pena Peck House to visitors through guided tours. The Gift Shop has many unique and expertly crafted gifts made by clever consignors and other wonderful items such as jewelry, handbags, scarves, and knick knacks. You will not want to miss The Woman's Exchange Gift Shop when you visit historic downtown St. George Street. Guided tours through the Peña Peck House are available daily from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The house contains many of the original furnishings from the Dr. Seth Peck family, who lived in the house from 1837 to 1931. In the spirit of "Women helping Women", The Woman's Exchange of St. Augustine awards scholarships annually to deserving women who are returning to school to prepare for new careers. These are done in conjunction with the St. Johns River Community College. To apply, please contact the Financial Aid Office at St. Johns River Community College. The Woman's Exchange Gift Shop and the Pena Peck Guided tours are a MUST on your list of places to visit in St. Augustine! The Woman's Exchange of St. Augustine is a member of the national Federation of Woman's Exchanges.
